1. SMS Program Description

1st Automate provides automated SMS messaging services for strategy call confirmations, appointment reminders, lead inquiries, and customer support. By providing your mobile phone number on any web form, booking widget, or strategy call request, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and promotional text messages from 1st Automate.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions and requested services. Typically, you will receive 1 to 4 messages per consultation or appointment request (e.g., immediate confirmation, 24-hour reminder, 1-hour reminder, and post-call follow-up).

3. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your cellular mobile carrier plan. 1st Automate does not charge a fee for sending text messages, but fees may be charged by your wireless service provider.

4. Opt-Out & Support Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages, text STOP to any message received from 1st Automate. You will receive a final confirmation text confirming your opt-out. To receive assistance or help, text HELP to any message or email us at support@1stautomate.com.

5. Privacy Protection

Your mobile phone number and personal information will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All customer data is handled in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (e.g., AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
